Built in 2023 right next to the historic hotel, our new high-end residence illustrates our hotel know-how, passed down from generation to generation since 1962. Only 40 meters from the Prodains Express cable car, our residence is composed of 5 luxury apartments that can accommodate from 4 to 10 people and are easily accessible on skis!
Inside the apartments, you will find pleasant living spaces in a refined and contemporary style with the warm atmosphere of a mountain farm: spacious and bright living rooms organized around friendly and equipped open kitchens, modern bathrooms… The sleeping areas are designed to be functional while preserving everyone’s space. Outside, sunny balconies and terraces are perfect for enjoying the view of the surrounding mountains, winter and summer!
From breakfast, enjoy a continental buffet with sweet and savoury options and products prepared on site. For lunch and dinner, enjoy delicious dishes combining mountain cuisine and modern inspirations in our restaurant at the foot of Avoriaz. Aperitif at the salon, snack at the end of the day… so many additional opportunities to enjoy yourself with family or friends at the Residence Les Prodains.

Winter or summer, relax after a day spent on the slopes or hiking trails by taking advantage of our spa and wellness area, composed of a bio spa, a whirlpool bath massaging at 36° and a traditional sauna. In summer, the hotel’s heated swimming pool offers an ideal relaxing setting to enjoy holidays in the summer, all with a view of the mountains!
L’Adresse is the festive spot of the Hameau des Prodains. Inspired by the concept of outdoor bars in the Austrian Alps, it is the ideal place to have an aperitif on skis. Also on the program is a selection of street food to regain strength before heading back to the slopes! Open from 9am to 7pm from morning coffee to cocktails or après-ski foam! On weekends, you can also find local bands and DJs from 4pm to end the day in style!
